Check identity and URLs
Open every saved record and confirm that its Product ID, title and canonical URL still match your note. Remove search-result links and shortened URLs. If a source album is included, label it separately so it does not replace the catalog identity.
Check visible variation details
Write the requested color, size or visible option under the correct item. Compare the complete gallery one last time. If an attribute is not shown or stated, write it as a question. Do not convert a visible texture into a material claim or a photograph into a measurement.
Check list size, order and questions
Keep one numbered block per product and do not reuse numbers after removing an item. The built-in batch message limits the first WhatsApp handoff to twenty items, but a smaller focused set is usually easier to answer. Put current availability, measurements and included parts in clear questions instead of one broad request.
