Information you choose to send

If you contact us through WhatsApp, that service processes the message under its own terms. Send only the product information needed for your inquiry. Do not include passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary identity documents.

Catalog search and security logs

The site may record a normalized search phrase, result count and limited technical logs used for performance, abuse prevention and diagnostics. Search pages are marked noindex. Administrative sessions use a secure token and are not exposed to search engines.

Analytics and measurement

Analytics or tag-manager code runs only when a real environment identifier is configured. When enabled, Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure aggregated navigation and conversion events. We minimize event parameters and do not send full free-text searches, WhatsApp messages, names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses or payment information to analytics.

Measurement events may include a page type, standardized brand or category slug, product ID, device category and limited campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium and campaign. A first-landing path and campaign attribution may be retained in session storage on your device.

External services

Links may open WhatsApp, source albums or shopping-agent websites. WhatsApp receives the link and message only after you choose to open that external service. Those services control their own cookies, identifiers and privacy practices; review them before creating an account or sending information.

404 monitoring

For reliability, a missing-page event may record the requested path, timestamp, broad device or bot category, and whether a referrer existed. It does not intentionally store query text, contact details or message content.
